How can products help people break bad habits?
Habits are built through accountability.
Accountability is reinforced by caretaking.
An aeroponic planter could be designed to monitor users' sleep schedules through a fitness band.
If users stay on sleep schedule their plant will thrive
If users continuously break sleep schedule their plant will die
Connect wearable to planter (Fitbit, Apple Watch, etc)
Set desired hours of sleep per night
Follow sleep schedule to "feed" the planter
